Hyde Park Winter Wonderland

Since 2016, Event Power and Lights has been trusted by TSL Lighting to deliver the full site lighting infrastructure for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland one of the UK’s most high-profile seasonal events.

Our scope encompasses the complete lifecycle of the installation, from initial design and technical planning through to installation, programming, and ongoing maintenance. We provide dedicated project and production management, alongside a highly experienced installation and standby team to support the event throughout its duration.

A core crew of 11 delivers the installation over a three-week period, with a strong emphasis on creating a system that is both robust and visually refined. The project spans a wide range of elements, including time-coded light shows, attraction lighting and essential site-wide practical lighting.

Having supported the event for nearly a decade, we have continuously refined and evolved the infrastructure. In recent years, this has included the transition to a fully centralised control system with remote monitoring allowing for proactive fault detection and rapid response, ensuring the installation remains reliable and consistent throughout the event.

This long-standing relationship reflects our ability to deliver at scale while maintaining the highest standards of detail, reliability, and presentation.



Brooklands Studio

(2020 – Present)

Location: Surrey, United Kingdom

Since 2020, Event Power and Lights has supported the continued development of Brooklands Studio through the design and installation of a comprehensive site-wide electrical infrastructure.

Working closely with the venue as it has grown, our role has focused on delivering a flexible and robust power system capable of supporting a wide range of demanding production requirements. This has included the installation of a 160kVA generator to supplement the grid supply during peak demand, alongside the integration of multiple distribution boards and upgraded lighting systems throughout the facility.

As a modern, multi-purpose studio, Brooklands hosts an extensive variety of clients from TV and film productions to live music rehearsals and technical builds. Our infrastructure has been designed to accommodate this diversity, ensuring consistent performance, reliability, and adaptability across all areas of the site.



This ongoing relationship reflects a collaborative approach, where systems are continually refined and expanded in line with the studio’s evolving needs providing a future-proofed electrical backbone for a high-performance production environment.

London Fashion Week

(2014 – 2020)

Location: London, United Kingdom

Over a six-year period, Event Power and Lights delivered mains electrical infrastructure and exhibition lighting for London Fashion Week, one of the most prestigious events in the global fashion calendar.

Our scope covered full electrical system design and planning, on-site installation, testing, and live event standby. The infrastructure was required to support a wide range of critical services, including large-scale backstage hair and makeup areas, HVAC systems, production lighting, and general utility power, demanding a reliable and carefully managed electrical backbone.

A defining aspect of this project was the variety of venues utilised. Installations were often delivered within unconventional or challenging environments, from partially derelict buildings to multi-storey car parks, each requiring a bespoke approach to design and implementation. These constraints demanded both technical precision and adaptability to ensure safe, compliant, and seamless operation.

Our long-term involvement reflects an ability to consistently deliver under pressure, providing dependable infrastructure in complex and high-profile live event settings.
